Shipping Policy — Find Your Dates
1) Shipping area
We ship within Canada only, and for now, only within Alberta.
2) Shipping origin
Orders are shipped from: 1908 Carrington Boulevard, Calgary, Alberta, T3P 1W2, Canada.
3) Processing time

Order processing time: 2 business days.

Business days: Monday to Friday (excluding applicable public holidays).
Orders placed on non-business days are processed starting the next business day.
4) Shipping methods
We offer the following shipping options depending on the delivery address:
A. Local delivery (by car)

Available within a 40 km radius of our address in Calgary.

Estimated delivery time: within 48 hours (after dispatch/confirmation of shipment), Monday to Friday.
B. Carrier shipping

Carriers used: UPS and DHL Express.

Estimated delivery time in Alberta: 6–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the period, carrier workload, or events beyond our control (weather, operational delays, etc.).
5) Shipping fees
A. Local delivery

Free within a 0–15 km radius of our Calgary address.

$10 CAD for deliveries within 15–40 km.
B. UPS / DHL Express

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout by Shopify based on the delivery address and package characteristics (weight/volume).
6) Tracking
For UPS / DHL Express shipments, a tracking number is provided once the order has been shipped (by email and/or via your customer account, if applicable).
7) Delivery address and customer details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information (name, address, postal code, and any delivery instructions).
If an incomplete or incorrect address results in a return or failed delivery, additional fees may apply for reshipment.
8) Chocolate products — care notice
Our products may contain chocolate. In warm weather, the appearance of the chocolate may change (softening, marks) during transit or after delivery. We recommend retrieving your package promptly upon delivery and storing it in the refrigerator.
9) Damaged package, missing item, lost shipment
If you experience a shipping-related issue:

Damaged package / missing item: contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos (package + shipping label + product).

Not received: if tracking does not update or if the package is not delivered within a reasonable time after the estimated date, contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
